Warehouses in Bristol to let will benefit from housing scheme that is creating new homes and jobs

A piece of land which has stood empty for more than two decades is getting a £5m face lift, our warehouse premises to let in Bristol are excited to see.

The project at Gainsborough square will include new homes and jobs. The regeneration scheme indicates that investment is on the up in Bristol with the local economic future looking bright. After 20 years of neglect this project exemplifies Bristol’s move forward.

“This project is what the people of Lockleaze have wanted for years, the real chance of turning wasteland into something that ensures a positive future for Lockleaze and local residents,” said Richard Reddrop, chair of Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust.

Manufacturing industries and distribution premises will benefit from such regeneration schemes as more jobs and bigger populations will hopefully bring an increase in industry to the area. With investments going on in and around Bristol and Avonmouth the need for warehouse buildings is set to boom.
