Warehouses in Bristol benefit as the first phase of the new Enterprise Zone begins

Building work, marking the start of  the new Enterprise Zone is set to begin this week. Our warehouses in Bristol are excited to see what happens.

A firm of demolition experts move on site at temple Circus to begin the first phase of the long-term development of the site which has been included in the city’s new Enterprise Zone.

This site which includes a number of dangerous and unsightly buildings is also the location of the Victorian hotel, The George. The George is a reminder of prosperous times gone by and will act as a beacon of future prosperity.

The Enterprise Zone will play a vital role in the local economy and is welcomed by businesses large and small, and commuters alike.  Manufacturing premises are set to increase in desirability as business and economic growth flood the area.

John Ring, spokesman for the owners of the site, Mitchell and Butler, said: “It’s good to get on-site at last.

Although the Environmental Zone will not be completed for some years the beginning of the project will act as a moral boost for local businesses and residents. Setting the economic ball rolling and enhancing the need for distribution buildings in the area.
