Warehouse premises in Bristol to let could benefit from airport expansion

Expansion at Bristol International Airport has been given the go ahead as campaigners are refused permission to challenge plans.

Plans for the expansion the of airport were approved last year but delays have been caused by protesters on grounds of dispute over the 2003 Air Transport White Paper.

These contentions have been ruled out by a judge at London’s High Court and plans for expansion now have the all clear without further blockades to the project.

This is excellent news for Bristol International Airport as well as for warehouse premises in the area. With expansion to the airport distribution efficiency can be enhanced which therefore increases a manufacturing buildings desirability.

Distribution premises are already in high demand in the bristol area due to its excellent transport links and the steady flow of investment being pumped in and around the area. The expansion is set to enhance the value of manufacturing buildings as even better distribution links are put into place and boost local economies as outside investors see future potential in the area.
