Warehouse premises in Bristol showcase potential to agents at open day

Earlier this week 20 agents came to explore the potential of Central Park Bristol and they were impressed with what they saw.

1.6km from where the newly constructed road begins, a burger bar stood, serving bacon, egg, and sausage rolls as well as tea and coffee to the enthusiastic agents who could not believe just how long the road was.

“Will the road ever end”, was a statement frequently uttered as the agents drove to their destination. By placing the burger bar, taken from another logistics site, at the end of the road, the agents were able to get a feel for the potential as well as the vastness of the site.

Knight Frank and GVA, the agents, as well as Jason Dalby from Goodman and Michael Shebson and Grant Westall-Reece from Delta Properties were there to answer any questions.

A fundamental part of the open day was to demonstrate how much had already been done at Central Park and to exhibit their commitment to infrastructure.

The day was a qualified success, with agents leaving not only impressed with the size of the land available but also that the contractors were on site and that the first occupier has already been signed.

The potential for warehouse premises on this site is huge and the open day exemplified the realm of possibilities that are available at Central Park Bristol.
