The festive season will soon be upon us and as the temperature drops and the jingle of bells increase Central Park are offering the opportunity to enter a competition to win a Christmas hamper worth £275.

By simply answering the following question the chance of winning this incredible hamper from Fortnum and Mason could be yours.

“What is the size of the proposed building for our first pre-let to Chep?”

The answer is hiding on the Central Park website waiting to be uncovered and bring seasonal cheer to the lucky winner.

Spiced fruit chutney, coffee fit for the three kings, Christmas pudding Maderia and rum butter are just some of the festive luxuries that can be found in the hamper. With a hamper stuffed full of Christmas cheer we have had to take precautions and ban all emailers to Father Christmas  for fear he will not make his rounds on the 24th if he were to win!
